(P)ersist (U)ntil (S)omething (H)appens Weight loss can begin at 60




I'm 60 years old, 6 kids, 6 grandkids, 1 husband and now I'm a pseudo empty nester. I realize its time. Time to get healthy, time to lose weight, time to move to the next phase of my life. Where do I start? I didn't have a clue until I looked at my business; I mean really looked at it. Not just an activewear line, or a fitness equipment line, but a true way of life. A way to get fit mentally, physically, and emotionally.


With PUSH, I did just that, Persist Until Something Happens. Walking every day, it was something and within 30 days I lost 22lbs. Started at 220lbs. At 60 years old and 5'8'" I should be around 150lbs. The journey begins. Eating different, Moving, more, Thinking different. And yes, Persisting Until Something Happens. Follow me on my journey. I'll be reviewing different equipment I use for exercising. Also, various exercises, meal plans and of course workout clothing (mostly PUSH Activewear).
